I stopped here because the sign's hand lettered script caught my eye. Then as I downloaded my photos I noticed the tiny "No Loitering" sign just below it. I have never been in this neighborhood, but it's no different than many others in Baltimore with its plethora of vacant homes and storefronts. The number of abandoned buildings keeps growing faster than the City can demolish them.
