Notes:

As a wild guess, I'd estimate this sign was crafted in the early 1960s, with some residual design elements of the 1950s. Two things to love here. First, the keystone that says "Established 1919." And second, the weird sorta kinda logo in the middle with the two "P" letterforms and the upside down "R" letterform below, almost reflecting them.
