On busy Liberty Road (the county extension of Liberty Heights Avenue from the city). So I slowed down the shutter speed to get the motion blur of cars rushing by (and perhaps a hat tip to my Can Do Oil shot last spring). It was very sunny and bright at midday so I opted to process as B&W with some extra punch.
